I. Check-in & Check-out Process

• Time: Check-in is after 15:00, and check-out is before 11:00. Late check-outs may incur additional fees.

• ID Registration: Please present a valid ID for registration upon check-in and pay the remaining balance.

• Contact: When checking into the Home Stay, please notify the Home Stay host, Mrs. Chen, at 0932-758-008, 30 minutes prior to your arrival.

II. Occupancy Rules

• Please check in strictly according to the agreed-upon number of guests. An additional fee of NT$300 per person will be charged for extra guests.

III. Environment & Noise Control

• Noise: To maintain a peaceful neighborhood and respect the rights of other guests, please lower your volume and avoid making loud noises indoors and outdoors after 10:00 PM.

• Illegal activities, including drug use, gambling, binge drinking, and partying, are strictly prohibited.

• Environment: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies. Violators may face a fine of up to NT$30,000 in accordance with relevant regulations. Chewing betel nuts indoors is also prohibited. 

  • Please avoid eating in the bedrooms. Do not wash used tableware in the bathroom to maintain cleanliness. 

  • Please separate your trash into food waste, recycling, and general waste. 

  • Please clean up after using public areas (such as the living room and kitchen), and do not leave personal items lying around.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed in the Home Stay (with the exception of service dogs). If you need to bring a pet, please inquire in advance.

IV. Equipment Usage & Eco-Friendly Policies

• Equipment: A water dispenser and cups are available in the lobby for your use. Please take good care of all public property.

• Rooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, LCD TVs, split-type air conditioners/heaters, hair dryers, and Wi-Fi. Please turn off the AC and TV when leaving the room or checking out.

• Please do not move indoor furniture (such as beds) at will.

• Taking or damaging public items from the guest rooms is strictly prohibited. You will be required to compensate for the full price of any missing, damaged, or heavily soiled items and facilities.

• Please pull the curtains gently by hand; the motor will then automatically draw them into position.

• Smart Toilet: There is a cover-opening button at the bottom front of the toilet. Gently tap it with your foot once to open the lid, and tap a second time to lift the seat. The flush button is located on the back side of the toilet; please press to flush after use. About 30 seconds after leaving the toilet, the lid will automatically close and flush. 

★ Please do not wash/spray the smart toilet with water to avoid electric shock or damaging the electrical components.

• Amenities: In support of environmental protection, the Home Stay does not provide disposable amenities (such as toothbrushes, combs, or slippers). Please do not wear indoor slippers outside.

• Extended Stays: For consecutive nights, we generally do not change bed sheets and towels or enter the room for cleaning. (If you need replacements, please contact the Home Stay host or housekeeper).

V. Safety Guidelines

•  Please do not use dangerous items such as gas stoves or induction cookers in the room.

•  Please make sure to lock the doors and windows when going out, and keep your valuables secure.

•  Be careful of slippery floors when entering or leaving the bathroom.

•  Please mind your step on the stairs and pay special attention to the safety of young children.
